Lodge Restaurant PDF Print E-mail

Our ‘Lodge Restaurant’ offers an intimate feel, yet with our chosen décor, and comfortable leather  and oak high-back chairs, you certainly feel as though any visit is an ‘occasion’.

Set in the Mediaeval hay drying room, with high ceilings, oak beams, and the unique triangular windows, any meal in here is guaranteed to feel special.

All the dishes are cooked to order. Many of the ingredients are seasonal, and sourced from our grounds such as new potatoes, broad beans, garlic, Downton Pippin Apples, berries, and of course, all our herbs, when in season.

Due to the freshness of these ingredients, dishes will change, so please check availability on booking.

If you have a special dietary requirement, please let us know in advance.
